How to Request a Price Match

Please contact us before placing your order.

You can:

Include the following:

  • Subject: Price Match Request

  • A link to the product on Ambientco

  • A link to the competitor’s listing

  • A screenshot showing price and availability (optional but helpful)

Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies. If approved, we will provide instructions so you can complete your purchase at the matched price.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, all of the following must apply:

Like-for-like product

  • The product must be identical (brand, model, finish, size, and specification)

  • The item must be new (not refurbished, ex-display, or seconds)

  • The item must be in stock and available for delivery from the competitor at the time of review

Total price comparison

  • The price must include the full cost, including delivery and VAT

  • The comparison must be like-for-like

Retailer requirements

  • The competitor must be an authorised retailer of the brand

  • The website must be UK-based (e.g. .co.uk or clearly priced for the UK market)

  • The price must be publicly accessible without requiring login, membership, or registration

Eligible products

  • The product must be part of our standard range

  • Where applicable, the item may need to display a price match icon on our website

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Flash sales, clearance events, or limited-time promotions

  • Product launches or pre-order pricing

  • Prices requiring discount codes, vouchers, or promotional incentives

  • Membership, trade, student, or loyalty pricing

  • Bundle deals, multi-buy offers, or "free gift" promotions

  • Special orders, bespoke items, or non-standard products

  • Marketplace listings, auction sites, or unauthorised sellers

  • Pricing errors or mislisted products

Important Conditions

  • Requests must be made before purchase (we cannot apply price matches retrospectively)

  • Price matches cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions

  • All requests are subject to verification

  • We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions
