We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where:

  • Items are unavailable

  • Fraud is suspected

  • There are pricing or description errors

  • Delivery cannot be fulfilled

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

7. PAYMENT

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express).

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information. You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

8. DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or production schedules. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Ownership passes to you once payment is received and goods are delivered.

9. MADE-TO-ORDER AND BESPOKE ITEMS

Certain products are made to order, bespoke, or customised. These items:

  • May have extended lead times

  • Are produced specifically for your order

  • Will be clearly identified on the product page or at checkout

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In summary:

  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days (subject to conditions)

  • Made-to-order or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty

  • Certain items (e.g. mirrors) may incur a £25 collection fee

11. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and order details to assist with resolution.
