30-Day Returns Policy
Don't love your item? Send it back but all we ask is you contact us first quoting your order number to info@ambientco.co.uk. We will send you the correct address for the return.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products should be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your protection.
Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
- Refund: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping charges.
- Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product and inspect it for eligibility.
